Mixed exeprience
If the quality of 28 weeks later's picture looks so great, it seems it is only to show how his elder brother looks horrible.

The picture on 28 Days later is really not worth of Blu-Ray, a dvd is far enough as Blu-Ray tend to highlight its age....
