This device is perfect! It works on 360 or PC as well. On PC you just need to plug the USB and it'll do the rest.

Truly a great product I use the razer vespul mat is u live in a area with bad RF interference it will mess with ur signal causing a jerky or jumpy movements I'm glad I Don't have any of those problems but there is one problem no wired chat wireless Xbox head set works great but u can't plug in to wired controller and chat so my astro a40's are a 320 dollar paper weight at the moment. Firmware is easy to upgrade u can map any button not just a few like the ps3 splittish mouse controllers build quality is outstanding.
