Playing around while aboard a cruise ship, the Chipmunks and Chipettes accidentally go overboard and end up marooned in a tropical paradise. They discover their new turf is not as deserted as it seems.
一承上兩集，《花鼠明星俱樂部3》匯聚搞笑、特技、歌舞、浪漫、驚險、刺激於一身。花鼠三兄弟花仔、亞矇、亞肥聯同三隻花鼠女跟住經理人戴夫上郵輪嘆世界，不過百厭到暈的花仔卻大鬧船艙搞出個大頭佛，要戴夫幫忙善後。本以為三兄弟會生生性性，可以安全到埗，點知花仔又再於公海上玩放風箏做空中飛鼠，終於搞到六隻花鼠齊齊被吹到荒島去。
為了生存，花鼠們就要好似《劫後重生》的湯漢斯一樣，落難尋找食物及遮頭瓦；更慘是荒島上火山忽然大爆發，最後點收科?
