Amazing game and package!
It comes with a thick cardboard sleeve which encases two game cases (one for bonus material) and a notebook. The bonus material case doesn't contain a disc but contains two maps and eight postcards. The game case contains four discs for Arma 1 Gold, Arma 2, Operation Arrowhead + PMC & BAF and Arma: Cold War Assault + Resistance (Operation Flashpoint 1). The digital bonus material seems to be on the Arma: Cold War Assault disc as well. The sleeve/box was a bit damaged but I ordered it with Economy Bubble. Use Economy box if you are worried about damage.
The back of the box and the game case, as well as the (short) manual and keyboard controls card are all in Kanji (I think). Everything else, including the maps and postcards, are in English. The games themselves are in English too. I was able to install Operation Arrowhead alongside my current Arma 2 (which I had previously, bought in Australia) installation to form Combined Operations with no problem at all. You'll have to download the latest patches though.
As for the games themselves, I think this is one of the greatest series ever made. For those who are planning to get this for the Day-Z mod (which is fantastic), I implore you to check out the games themselves as well. Quite possibly the deepest and most realistic FPS system with missions eventually opening up to a gigantic 225km squared map allowing you to tackle objectives however you wish and with tactical, strategy and role-playing elements to bring into the fray. If you are bored of the campaign, there are thousands of mods and missions for each of the games as well as a large multiplayer community fight or cooperate with. Bring on Arma 3!
