Welcome to this week's Games Update, our weekly summary featuring all new product arrivals from the last seven days. Join a girl to save her workshop and find her sister in Atelier Ayesha. Mickey Mouse and Oswald are carving a new world for themselves in Epic Mickey 2 and the famed game creator Hirai Takeshi combines the tactics and the beat in Orgarhythm.

The cute and comical Atelier series takes on a more serious tone in Atlier Ayesha. The game takes place in an era where Alchemy is coming to an end. Ayesha, an orphan girl sets off to search for her missing sister after her grand father dies.

In her adventures, Ayesha can find several spots where she can synthesize items. The player can decide on a spot as her main base.

Pay extra attention to the item synthesis process. A different item can emerge even when you use the same ingredients. The cauldron and the order at which you add ingredients play a huge part. In this game, 2D drawing and the 3D models merge even closer together, giving gamers an anime experience during the event scenes.

The Cartoon Wasteland is restored, and the characters there are becoming a distant memory, soon to be forgotten again. No. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit does not want such a fate, he is joining forces with Mickey to bring gamers into his black and white world. For the first time, gamers can hear the voice of the rabbit.

Existing places in the wasteland are shaken up to reveal brand new spots. There are new music to go with the new contents, and gamers are welcome to pull their best friends into their adventures as Oswald Rabbit, the electricity user. Once the best friend goes away, the AI will resume control of Oswald, ensuring a smooth transition.

Epic Mickey and Oswald are going to deliver you from warm fuzzy memories to menacing and nightmarish situations and back. The game comes in October:

Become the god and lead your tribe to war. Your sense of rhythm is your weapon and your strategical thinking is your key to victory. The director, the famed Hirai Takeshi mixes music with strategies in Orgarhythm.

He wants to do away with the preconceptions, just hitting a button when the cue falls is no longer exciting enough. He wants players to get the beat and react intuitively.

To fit with the tone of the game, he used folk music and tracks with an earthy tone, however rock music with strong beats are also widely used. Think one step ahead of your enemies, nail their weakness, defeat them, level up your tribes and learn new skills.

After taking the girls around with you on your bus rides and train rides, its time to give them a showing on the big screen. The K-ON! After School Live is remastered for the high definition TV.
