Blazblue Continuum Shift II has more characters, game modes and a story penned specifically for the handheld versions. The famous seiyuu are back to act their roles, if you are a fan of Imai Mami, be sure to listen to the theme song Deep Blue.
The system is updated for the handheld, with the Stylish mode, even novices can unleash sure kill attacks with ease. Start off in the Tutorial mode and then take up missions and fight with other characters in the misison mode. When you are done, tackle abyss mode where only the strongest fighters can remain standing.

I expected more of this game, but the overall is acceptable. This game show better gameplay on 3DSLL rather than smaller 3DS.

When the first BlazBlue was released, I was amazed by how good it was. Deep story, loveable characters and amazing soundtrack. The only complaints I had with the first BB for PSP was that the graphics compared to versions for bigger consoles was somewhat lacking and the characters were not balanced (Ragna was too overpowered and Carl for example was weak).
Still it made me a fan of the series, so I just had to buy the sequel. And it is even more epic than the first game.
They fixed the graphics, balanced all characters, added new ones (Makoto is the best of them) and included new songs and game modes. "Continuum Shift II" quickly became one of my favourite games for PSP, just like "Super Robot Taisen Z2". If you still didn't play "BlazBlue Continuum Shift II" you should do it as soon as possible! Especially if you are a fan of fighting games. You surely won't be dessapointed!

Epic game
I didn't expect much from this game.
It didn't seem to change much from the first part, but i was so wrong...
This one is really thought through: all the game modes are amazing, abyss mode especially.
All the characters are there with the addition of some new ones, Makoto is my favorite out of them.
The thing I really liked was all the tutorials included as well as the explanation of the story so far. That was a smart move since a lot of players couldn't understand what the heck is happening with the story.
Truly the best fighting game this year! :3
