hardware works, software relies on coding (~50% ? of games work)
I connected this to my wiz. As of this writing, the gpsp and summvm software works, and several other games work as well, while others do not display properly (picodrive, drnes, lemonboy). When it works, it does so excellently, but due to extra processing it will lag on some games. The gpsp drops a couple frames but is otherwise playable. Also, the cable out includes a usb connector, supposedly so that you can connect game controllers to it for multiplayer action. But that's untested on my part.

Worth the money
The cable works well and fits snuggly into the ext port on my wiz. The firmware seems to be a bit buggy with it as it looks like it drops a few frames or takes a little while longer to display the image. The audio cable isn't that good. You are probably better off with just the speakers on the wiz instead. But it does work pretty well especially for the price.

I connect it to Caanoo or Wiz and sometimes use it. I am satisfied.
