Marking the first return to 3D gaming that the Castlevania series has seen since the days of Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness for the Nintendo 64, Castlevania: LoI focuses in on the whip-wielding forefather of the Belmont Clan, Leon. Fusing both Action and RPG elements, LoI seems to have a similar feel to Rygar or Devil May Cry.

Konami has now revealed the content of their Limited Edition Box set. The pack will include (next to the game itself of course) a special calendar, a Music CD as well as a piece of artwork by Ayami Kojima.

Castlevania: Lament of Innocence is expected to ship on November 27th. Preorders are welcome at US$ 59.90 (for the standard edition) as well as at US$ 84.90 (for the Limited Edition).
