2011年2011年秋～2012年1月末まで、全国20箇所/21公演で開催されたYUI 5th Tour『Cruising ～HOW CRAZY YOUR LOVE～』のセミファイナル、1/19@武道館公演を収録。このツアーは「YUIがこれまでに行ったことの無い場所を周る」というコンセプトを元に開催され、これまでたくさんのエールをくれた全国津々浦々のファンの皆様から大好評を得ました。収録されている武道館公演のラストでは、デビュー前のYUIが上京をする時の気持ちを綴った名曲『TOKYO』を唄いながら号泣するというシーンも垣間見られ、ファンには必見の内容になっています。
