DJ MAX Technika is like a hurricane in the arcades in Korea. Now gamers with Sony PS Vitas can understand what the sensation's about. The system inherits the well loved features in the Arcade and the Sony PSP.
With the touch screen controls, the gameplay is closer to the arcade than ever. There's more, the game makes use of the back touch pad as well.
The game takes care of the needs of the beginners as well as the veterans. Move from the Star Mixing Mode to the Club Mixing Mode. The Playlist is the largest among all the DJ MAX games. Besides original K-Pop songs, Kara also contributed lists of songs. So catch their every note here.

Great game.
It's DJ Max. I give it four out of five because of issues controlling this beast. Things got much easier for me when I found out that you can push ANYWHERE on the rear touch pad to activate the rear touch notes, not on the note itself! Gameplay is solid. If you've played DJ Max you know what to expect and you'll love it. If not, you may be turned off by the high initial learning curve and small selection of starting stuff.

Pretty good rhythm game

Not the worst one in the series.
I'm a fan of the DJ Max series and have the five PSP games. The later games suffered from weaker soundtracks and, thus, weren't that fun to play. This new game is a step in the right direction although it still suffers from some terrible songs, especially the K-Pop.
The game is difficult, as is the norm in the series, but still generally fun to play. One complaint I have for this game is that I cannot actually play it while holding my Vita. I need to set it on my lap.
The game also sometimes freezes at the song selection screen.
I would recommend this game for anyone who is either a fan of the series or those who enjoy frustratingly hard, albeit addictive, music games.
