Definitely a worthy buy, i finish all 3 episodes in PS2, but i still buy it cos it's really AWESOME!

For those who love good action game !
This HD edition is really fantastic. If you've never played Devil May Cry, it's the perfect start. But just in case you're not aware, do not play the second game because it's the worst of all time. This is the main reason I've put a 4 stars.

I bought this on sale, but man, what a deal. 3 full games, they look good as well. I hadn't played them before, so it was all new. Worthwhile if you like these hack and slash games (like lollipop chainsaw). It is hard, though.

If for whatever reason you missed the first 3 in DMC series, this would be a good way to try. All 3 titles are now on current generation in one package boosting high resolutions and widescreen.
DMC 1 & 3 in particular are something you'd want to give it a whirl on... 2 on the other hand.... save your time.

Very good remake of a PS2 classic
When I did get my PS2, for me, the DMC games always had been a big favorite. Unfortunately I was not then possible to acquire the games. Therefore, I was able to meet a youth dream with the purchase of the DMC-Trilogy, now. In my view, all three parts are restored greatly and the game play still feels amazing. The DMC games are among the best hack n' slash games and I'm glad that now I can finally play them in a new way. All in all, I recommend the trilogy to all fans of the series and people that (like me) could not play the games in the past, but always wanted to. Buy it, it is worth it! I give 4 stars, because one way or another cut scene does not appear or was poorly edited and I also found one or other lag in the game.

A must for Devil Hunters
I bought this mostly as a collection game to go together with my Devil May Cry 4, but as I only played DMC3 back in the PS2 era, I decided to give the other a shot, and its just as the old days.
The games are really well emulated, making textures look much better and adding some benous content.
I would rate this higher if it came with some artbook or something to make it more "Collection" kind of thing.
As a game... its 3 games for lower than the price of 1. This time will come in handy before getting the new DMC.
If you like fast paced action games filled with cool stuff, give it a go.

A great collection, the first and third games are so good. It plays exactly like they used to play but with purdy HD graphics. The only problem is that a couple of the cutscenes and the menus look a little fuzzy. Don't let this small imperfection stop you from buying this. This game is S-S-Stylish.

Amazing compilation.
I only wish all HD collections were this well made. Unlike thrash like SH HD collection, this compilation is an accurate rendition of the games it emulates, and makes them look better.
