Skyrim Game Guide: Expanded Edition
This impressive tome is a lot more fun to just flip through casually rather than sit down and use it as a quest guide. Skyrim is not a difficult game, and there is usually an arrow telling you where to go. It is not a terribly in depth guide, mostly quest instructions, some item lists and a bunch of maps. I would have liked to have seen more "under the hood" explanations. Detailed formulas and mechanics for skills and items as well as optimized builds and perk sets.
I would recommend using the guide after beating the game and doing the majority of quests on your own, so you can go back and find out what you missed, and maybe optimize your next character.
It also covers the dawnguard and hearthfire expansions, in case you are wondering what the "expanded" refereed to.
While you can find this kind of information easily on the internet, there is something kind of fun about having a big old book to browse through.
