Absolutely Fantastic Fight Stick
My HRAP3 starts to break down after about 1 year of use. Looking for a replacement and found this. I have a Madcatz TE Fight Stick as well. I find Qanba Q4 really great stick to use. Almost similar to the TE Fight Stick but comes with more!. Build quality is really good despite a china product. I am impressed and even my ...

One of the best Sticks
This Fighting Stick is superb. Not only has a great sense and the buttons respond very well, but the fact that you have a add-on for 4 movement only is very great for another type of games.
If you like Arcade Sticks and love The King of Fighters, this is your Stick.

Nice stick, have tested it on both X360 and PS3, and theres not even need for replacing buttons. The feel with playing with a new fresh stick for the first time is soo good and I learned that even releasing buttons can count as a press, perfect for ultras^^
Only negative thing was that there is some safetything on the quanbabag that didnt fit to this LE stick for me since the stick is a little bigger.

The most usefull Stick
Definitely the best choice for someone who plans on entering tournaments and doesn't want to worry about having a console-specific fightstick. I cannot recommend this product enough! This was definitely a great investment.
Very accord with that

Absolutely perfect.
My main stick used to be a Hori RAP V3.SA, but after hearing about Qanba sticks and how they work with every system, I had to have one. I managed to snag one of these from Play-Asia for my birthday, and it's safe to say I'm in love.
The ice-blue motif is sleek and lovely to look at, and the design is safe from my sweaty hands under a thick piece of plexiglass that meets with the plastic case perfectly - can't feel the join. The USB cord is incredibly long and coils away safely into a small compartment on the stick side of the base. Sanwa joystick and buttons mean precision and reliability, and easy replacement should you want to mod with your personal preference of parts. Just unscrew the bottom and dig in. Speaking of the bottom, a cool feature is that it is lined with a felt material, which is a godsend for people like me who play with their stick in their lap. The felt grips onto my jeans and doesn't let the stick move an inch, regardless how "spirited" my playing gets.
I've had it for less than a month, but even so I can't recommend the Q4 enough. If you're on the fence, get off it - this is money well spent.
Oh, and it has a carry handle. A CARRY HANDLE. Come ON.

Qanba Ice Blue = Awsome
I recently ordered a new Qanba 4 and compared to the other sticks that friends have bought the Qanba is a clear cut winner, this stick offers Both xbox and Ps3 compadability !!! WTF's up. Plus this and the Ice Red Qanbas are seriously sexy sticks. If you like a Heavy reliable stick that doesnt move around on ur lap with easy to customize options and super sensative buttons, Then this is the stick for you.

Awesome Quality
I already own a HORI MvC3 Fightstick and a MvC2 Madcatz Fightstick TE and i can say this stick is more confortable and with the very same quality in buttons and joystick, but the stock dual mod makes it a much better decistion to avoid the needs of purchase multiple sticks for diferent consoles

Reliable, awesome fightstick!
The fact that this comes dual modded for both XBOX360 and PS3 is what sold me on this stick. Rather than risk permanently destroying the internal components of a MadCatz TE by trying to manually dual-mod it and destroying a $300+ investment, I decided to invest in the QanBa Q4 RAF. I have played on a MadCatz TE before, and I can honestly say that this stick feels more comfortable and is just as responsive. Definitely the best choice for someone who plans on entering tournaments and doesn't want to worry about having a console-specific fightstick. I cannot recommend this product enough! This was definitely a great investment.

Great Fightstick.
Excellent quality fight stick. Parts are genuine Sanwa parts so you know you are getting quality stuff. The 3 in 1 works perfectly. It's a great bargain to be able to use the stick on 3 different platforms. And its very easily modifiable.

Excellent, well-designed stick
I've played with this for about 10 hours by now. I can't say I've really used that many sticks in my life, but this is the first square-gate stick that I've been very comfortable with.
All of the extra tiny little features are very convenient as well, like the carrying case, the little nook for the cable, and the felt bottom.
The only complaint I would have is that the audio jack is not 3.5 mm, it's the smaller standard, which means the vast majority of American headphones will not fit into it without an adapter. That being said, I've never had a real reason to use the jack anyway, so whatevs.

Great stick!
Was originally after a MadCatz TE but after reading about these I changed my mind. They are great quality and work beautifully (did have some technical issues with both products but all fixed because of the company's AMAZING support)

Broken within a month
After using this stick for around one month, the buttons no longer work properly (have to slam them down to register), and the joystick randomly stops working. Mabye it's just the one I recieved, who knows. This is coming from someone who uses it every day, 4+ hours a day. Hopefully this happens to no one else, I now have a 100$ paperweight.

My pals can't keep their hands off it!
Seriously, I have no regrets on purchasing the arcade stick (even though shipping fees cost is such a hassle...). Nonetheless, I will do my best to make sure nobody wriggles the joystick and mash the buttons too hard! It's just so precious to me...

Q4 Qanba is a great stick
Although I've only been using it for a short time, I'm in love with this thing. Wonderful quality, beautiful and sharp.
The box is also super cool. If you want to get a fightstick I would definitely recommend this

Fanta Stick PX (The King of Fighters XIII Edition)
As a non-competitive but fanatic fighting game player, I love a great arcade-style fightstick. Gammac has produced an excellent but not-quite-perfect stick. The design (aesthetically speaking) is superb! Both the boxart and the stick are stunning. The physical design is comfortable and fits nicely in one's lap. The button quality is excellent and I find them very responsive. Finally, it is awesome that you can use this stick for both PS3 and XBOX 360 games.
A few cons: I wish there was a cord compartment on the stick (ala Madcatz or Hori fightsticks). The bat-style stick feels a little less responsive than the the lollipop-style on other brands. Finally, the protective film was a little difficult to completely remove.
Overall: Speaking as an avid but non-competitive player, this is a great stick at a great price! As I mentioned there a few drawbacks but as a whole I rate this stick a 4/5 (I would give it 4.5/5 if given a decimal option). Definitely worth the purchase.

Great Stick for Price!
I was looking around for an arcade stick for sometime when I came across this setup. After purchasing it, I will now recommend this and this website (due to the super fast shipping). The only con is that the buttons can be a little sensitive, but when playing I hardly notice. Great product from a great website. Would definitely purchase from website again.

excellent arcade stick
I love the size and the weight , it work so mutch better then my normal xbox360 controller and a lot more accurate ( even for pc ) I had no problem at all with it
I think the price is good for the quality and the box for the transport is very good and ensure it will not break the stick ;)
the only bad side I found is no turbo for xbox ( there arcade games on xbox too .. ) and if it break there not a lots of place I can buy spare part ( its not play asia fault ;p ) it s good think too buy some when you buy the Qanba Q4 or next time you will order something >‿‿

this was my first stick and its incredible. i buttons were very smooth, stick is ok and it looks great. even though its a bit heavy, it doesnt affect me at all. it comes with a headset and extra sutff, like a clothes and 2 buttons for spare.
i love this stick and i would recommend this to anyone, even though your new at it.

Amazing dual-modded stick, the best for tournaments!
The best part about this stick is just how easy the dual-mod works for a stick of this price.
The dimensions and weight of the stick are very close to the Madcatz TE, however the carry handle on top and the felt on the bottom of the stick add an excellent feel to the stick: it will not move from your lap. (It also has rubber feet in case you play on a desk.)
Buttons are Sanwa, it has a Viewlix (TE) button layout and the case is very well made inside and out. As if 2011, don't bother with another stick until you try this one out.

Great Dual-Console Stick
It functions flawlessly on X360, PS3 and PC. It has a nice handle at the top, which is great for travel. The cable is long, which I like. It also has a cloth bottom so that it doesn't move around while playing, nor does it get dirty like a bare metal plate would. It has highly sensitive, ergonomically positioned buttons. If you've used a TE before, you'll find that it's very similar and will probably feel right at home. Overall, it's a stick of top-notch quality that works on both consoles!

Amazing entry-level stick!
The HORI EX2 was my first stick, but I felt I needed a new and better stick after going to a tournament and seeing/using other people's fightsticks. I also wanted it dual-modded myself as I didn't want to go through the hassle of having to wire it myself. This baby came with the full package at an affordable price, and not haven taken it to a tournament yet, I am quite excited to go to one now. All my inputs are easier executed, doesn't slip off my lap, the start button does not bother me at all, the buttons feel great, and the cord is the best length + the portability of it AND a handle? Best. Decision. Ever.

Quality
I just started playing SFF4 AE and this is my first stick. That being said, it works perfectly on my 360, PC and my friend's PS3. The quality of the stick is incredible - sensitive buttons, sturdy construction... even the box it comes in is amazing (not kidding). I can't speak about this stick from a competitive stance, but for the average player this is more than enough.

i love this stick
I cannot find any words to describe how this stick is... I love how it comes with sanwa parts. The handle on top is great for carrying around or if you have to pass down the stick... Although the start button is a Chinese button, it doesn't really bother me, just for the fact its just the start button. The best part I'd how it is dual nodded. It does connect to both ps3 and 360 just fine... The one thing I wish is that it could be used to turn on each system by hitting the home button on

Great so far!
I've been using it for about two weeks now and haven't seen any of the drawbacks mentioned here. Yes the cable is long, but I find that more useful than annoying. The handle on top is very useful, the buttons and joystick that come installed are top quality. It has the same button layout as a MadCatz TE, so there's rarely much custom configuration in fighting games. I have not had a chance to try it on a PS3 yet, but I'm assuming since that's the main draw, it will be fine; it's been perfect on my xbox so far. It also comes in super sexy packaging! And it's got a felt bottom as well as rubber feet, so it's great on a table or in the lap... feels like a Cadillac!
I've been using it for about two weeks now and haven't seen any of the drawbacks mentioned here. Yes the cable is long, but I find that more useful than annoying. Great Stick!
This arcade stick works really well, it's nice to have one that works on the PS3, 360 and PC!
The only problems that i had is the cable is too long and to fit it at the cable bay takes way to long and at the first try, i tought the buttons sensibility was way to high.

This stick is decent...
This stick isn't THAT great....but its not TERRIBLE. Like a week after I bought it, the LB button already is half working. And I don't mash the buttons hard when I play either. So its not me causing it to half ass work.
And I can't stand using this stick for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. Half the times I'll input the command for a hyper attack and, for example, Hulk will dash backwards instead of doing Gamma Crush. It annoys me.

Best controller used
like its descriptions, its micro switch button is hyper sensitive thus its responsiveness is impressing. Worth the purchase!

Awosome fight controller~~
Although the buttons are very close to each other, its responses on each one of it never fails (maybe at times sensitive a bit), tested out on PS3 & Xbox 360 & its results: GOOOOOD~~~~~~~~~

Not that good
I used to have one of these, they're horrible. they're uncomfortable, slow and just don't like certain games.

Great Stick
This is my first fighting stick and it works great. This is an excellent value for the price. I've used it on my PS3, 360, and my PC and have had zero problems with it.
The construction is solid. The felt on the bottom works well for making sure it doesn't slip off your lap. The stick and the buttons all feel right when playing.
Definitely recommended, especially if you have multiple systems.

Qanba Q4 Review
After looking around for something a little less prevalent then a TE, I found the Q4. Same parts as a TE, Viewlix layout, and to top it all off; PS3/PC/xbox360 compatability!
Comparing it to a TE, I would say its on par, maybe a little better or little worse in a few things, the buttons and stick are perfect, the cross switch for xbox360 -PS3/PC works fine, nice length cable, heavy and it also comes with a carrying handle.
I swapped in a octagonal receiver, and found it very easy, theres 8 screws (don't try the ones for the rubber feet).
At the price, quality and 3x compatability, I think the Q4 is one of the better sticks out there, and certainly holds it's own against a TE. The box is really nice as well.

This is my first purchase on Play-Asia and also my first arcade stick.
I'm very satisfied of this stick.
It look nice, lightweight and the button are very sensitive. There are two plastic cover in the box, so you can cover the start button for example. Also it's very easy to switch to xbox360, ps3 and pc, since you just have to move a button.

Quick info about multi-platform
I have a RAP.3, RAP.V3-SA and this Quanba. Overall, it compares well, even though I prefer my V3.
-on a PC, it only works as a PS3 controller
-on a PS3, if you unplug it and plug another stick, the new stick will have to select the controller slot through the home menu
-on a PS3 and xbox, you have to press ps3's home for the stick to start
-the stick can only be dpad or left stick, selected though a push button. Right stick is not an option.
-there are no equivalent of PS3 L3/R3 (same as V3, but RAP.3 had it).
I expect Hori/MCZ to copy the velvet bottom, it's a good idea.
The packaging is impressive.
Overall, it's a very serviceable stick, ideal for going and leaving it at the office. If the quality stay up (i.e. manufacturing doesn't get outsourced to a cheaper factory) it will remain a high quality product.

Top quality arcade stick.
Full Sanwa parts (excluding the start button)
Having had Madcatz TE stick and the RAFQ4 I prefer to us the RAFQ4.
The stick's weight is nice and hefty.
The button layout is good, I dislike is that the start button is on the face of the stick not on the front, like a TE.
Also worth noting the cable is shorter the a TE's cord.
I've used the stick on my PS3, PC, and on a 360.
Works flawlessly on all three.
If you're in the market for an arcade stick this is the one to get and Play-asia.com is the place to get it.

Qanba Q3 Xbox 360 Amazing Fightstick
I'm very please to have this item that I order another 3 qanba Q3 fightsticks. The only problem it's that Qanba prodution for Q3 Xbox360, Q3 Wireless PS3 and Q3 Empire Arcadia PS3 it's seens to be very slow because those sticks are on Backorder for such a long time. They should at least give Playasia a date of when they will have it ready.

nice construction and good weight to the overall feel of the stick. Feels solid and the parts are great(full Sanwa, 'cept for the start button ;)
Issues with the headphone input but apparently there is a fix(check shoruykendotcom). Otherwise excellent stick with solid controls and feel. Fully recommended!!

Hands down, the best stick I ever used
I used a SFIV TE MadCatz stick before this. Authentic sanwa parts, you cant go wrong. I have experienced no dropped inputs at all. Same price as a TE stick, but can be used on more than 1 system. You cant go wrong with this stick

Not a bad purchase
My first purchase on Play-Asia and it wasn't a bad one either. The shipping Tax was a bit steep but I cant blame Play-Asia for that. As for the Qanba Fighting Stick, it works well with classic fighting games like Street Fighter 4, Mortal Kombat and BlazBlue but not much so for 3D fighters like DoA and Tekken 6.
It connected easily to my laptop too which was a plus. Just wish the buttons were colored but I found a solution to that with some stickers. a good arcade stick for newbies like myself.

Poor headset support
This stick is great but the headset jack works very poorly. It's 3.5 and with or without adapter it creates an echo for everyone listening to you. There are no english instructions. Nice product but unless you need multi platform support stick with a te.

I am impressed and even my friend do. Best of all it supports both my PS3 and 360. Really value for money. If you own both consoles and looking for a Fight Stick. There is no where to look except this one. I would have given a 6 Star if I could. :)

not impressed
I bought both a Q2 and a q3 and 6 months later both of them are in a condition where I get frequent dropped inputs on the stick and buttons. It makes playing extremely frustrating , I even swapped out the buttons for new buttons and still got dropped inputs.
They were great sticks for a while , very sharp and accurate but I honestly wanted more durability for the price
next time Ill buy HORI

This stick is pretty good.
I'm using it with winKawaks and mame but careful because it's not exactly plug n play.
It took me sometime to have it up and running but I can definetly tell that it was worth the initial struggle

Great 360 stick
Works VERY well with the Sanwa parts and the base is hefty and durable. Also has a concealed compartment for cables, cleaning cloths, headphones, etc. All of which come with the Qanba.
Only complaint would be that the joystick is slightly too close to the buttons for my oversized hands, but it's nothing that can't be adjusted to. All in all a very fine product.

Extremely solid wireless joystick
Everything about this product screams quality
When you first open the box with its very impressive housing and thorough cushioning you know you are getting a quality product.
The joystick itself feels great with a sturdy wood box frame and extremely responsive piano-like buttons.
Wireless response is great and having always played with wired joysticks the transition experience is akin to moving from the wired ps2 controller to the wireless ps3. Essentially the same thing but the ability to play wirelessly just adds so much to the experience.
I don't know why I didn't think about it earlier, perhaps worrying about input delay but the ability to play with a wireless joystick without having to worry about cords getting in the way/ knocking things over easily offsets any perceived problems.
Great quality stick, also kudos to playasia for quick postage.

QANBA PS3/PC
Great stick. All SANWA parts (stick and buttons) as described in the product info. Stick feels great to play with, responds great and should be easy to mod for all you keen customizers out there.
The only complaint I have is that there could be a lag/delay because it is a wireless stick, but it's not a major issue unless you a tournament player. But, in the case that you are a tournament player or want 0 lag time, buy the empire arcadia or go for the Q2.

A Must Have for Fighting Performance!
Just wish this version was also compatible with the PS3.
Would be great if a third party could come together and make something compatible for all gaming systems!
Still an awesome product!

Best stick for 360
I previously owned a Mad Catz TE but got rid of it because of reliability and built quality issues.
This Qanba stick has it all. Sanwa parts, vewlix layout, premium quality finish with plexi and reliability. Much better than TE in those respects. You won't have issues with buttons shutting down during a game with this stick.
The stick is also built to be customized. Both artwork and parts (buttons and stick). LS-32-01 and LS-56-01 (MS mounting plate) can be used in this stick.

Qanba Fighting Joystick 2 for PS3
Quite a satisfactory joystick. The cheapest way to get a stick with sanwas. Feels very sturdy with a wooden case. Is quite large and has a good weight to it and is thus easy to play on the lap with (i.e. it wont move around when doing 360s and 720s unlike smaller joysticks). Also has a nifty indicator similar to that of the dualshock 3, which tells you which controller it currently is (eg. player 1, player 2 etc). Sanwa buttons feel great, they're quick disconnect snap ins which make it easy to mod. Also the plexi cover makes it easy to switch the art out, although there was some difficulty removing the caps over the metal screws cleanly, as they were glued to the screws.
Couple of complaints. Fairly short cable, shorter than both the mad catz TE and hori fs3. The start, select and home keys are positioned right above the joystick. I've hit home a couple of times when doing 720s, definitely not something you want to do during a game. I thought the alternate art shown on their website would be provided with the joystick, but apparently not.
tl;dr
some minor drawbacks but a great stick nonetheless. the cheapest way to get sanwas in a nice case. get it over the TE and HRAP if ur strapped for cash

qanba q3 wirless for ps3
I got my PS3 Q3 yesterday and I'm loving it! It has a sturdy feel to it, is wireless, works when playing ps3 and backward compatible ps2 games (for all your old school fighting game needs), is not too bad on the eyes, AND has all Sanwa parts. At 99$ plus shipping (45$ for FED-EX security) from play-asia, I highly recommend you give this stick a try. Notably, it did take play-asia over a week to ship my order but it was only in transit for 1 day before reaching my door step...so all is forgiven;). Try the Q3 and you will not be disappointed.

Not on par with PS3 Q3
Differences between Q3 for X360 and PS3 version:
1. Wired stick. Added cable compartment for the usb cable however.
2. No turbo button.
3. No mode button.
4. No spare button for future dual modding.
This is a big let down from Qanba because X360 version came out later than PS3 and we would expected it to be better.

Best stick around but has one let down.
Never would have believed a Chinese company would produce such a winner that in my opinion, scores higher than Mad Catz TE stick. This stick is fully loaded with:
-Wood material for the box
-Wireless play
-All Sanwa parts(including shaft cover for the stick cool!)
-HUGE Dimensions, second largest next to Hori's V3 Premium VLX($300+)
-Sleek button layouts(Select, PS, Start, Turbo and Mode buttons all on the sides of the stick).
-Comes with plexi-glass unlike other competitor sticks
The only let down to this stick for PS3 is that there is no real wired play for EVO goers where the rules state no wireless accessories. The USB cord or acts as a recharge cable.

IMPORTANT information on this stick!
I bought one of these in a store in Korea and found that the down/right direction on the joystick would not register when using the stick on a PS3.
Since it is a Korean company I had to have a friend call customer service and they told me that you need to install a new driver by hooking the USB up to your PC.
It was a somewhat lengthy and annoying process. It works, but you get the feeling this stick was kind of...rushed.
