Aliens are invading and the Inazuma soccer team is all we have to defend our land. Travel the world to recruit the strongest players and train together to strengthen the team.
Remember, united we stand!
The game is available as Fire and Blizzard versions. Choose your ace, you have the familiar Goenji in Fire and the equally cool Fubuki in Blizzard. Enemies differ as well. You meet the Frontier team or the Diamond Dust team depending on the versions.
When skills and opponents differ between versions, Fire and Blizzard does feel like two different games, does it? The earth is under double attack, get your your spikes and uniforms ready!

The Story Continues
The RPG-Soccer simulation game returns... and it's never looked so good, or been more fun! Inazuma Eleven 2 is a perfected version of its predecessor: it takes all the things that made the first game great, and makes them better. More characters, cooler and more hilarious techniques, stronger enemies, a plot twist-filled storyline... and now you can even add female players to the team! This game has it all. The game now also allows for cooperative play, and has hours and hours of gameplay, even after you've finished the main story, so be ready to play for a long while!
The scout system has suffered a small change, though: you get more characters, but now you necessarily must recruit every character to keep advancing along the grid. This may seem annoying at first, but it actually forces you to try out every character in the game, and you'll certainly be in for a lot of surprises.
The main difference between Fire and Blizzard is that each game has a rival team that is unique to each version. Also, if you connect a Fire version with a Blizzard one, you'll be able to play against a special team that is not available on either version otherwise. There are also certain sections outside of the main plot that can only be cleared by cooperative play, as well.
Just a little warning: Don't forget to play Inazuma Eleven first!
This is a direct sequel to Inazuma Eleven, so if you haven't played that one you might be confused: although there is a tiny flashback which shows you the previous game's ending, the game assumes you already know who the characters are, and there are little to no introductions, save for the new characters. Not to mention you'll be spoiled to the first game's ending!
This game is just as addictive as its predecessor, and an enjoyable gaming experience everyone should try out! It is only available in Japanese for now, but with the first game being announced for a European release, it shouldn't be long until these two get localized as well. So make sure to try it out! You will definitely not regret it.
