Gotta love LEGO
LEGO games are fantastic to play no matter what series or movies they are portraying.
This one certainly has the charm that Pirates deserve.
Jack Sparrow as a LEGO character is (I think) very similar to his character in the movie.
You cannot really go past LEGO games for their unique humor and gameplay.
This would definitely be a great addition to any LEGO game collection. Or a great starter for one.

Perfect game for me
I really love this game! All the scenes in the game remind me of the scenes from movies. To enjoy the game perfectly, I watched the rest of the movies that i hadn't watched before. One of the good thing of all LEGO series is 'having details' and this game shows it very well.

One of the best Lego Games
Lego Pirates is simple fun. It doesn't have annoying parts like other entries in the Lego Series and its a bit smaller so it ends before it can get repetitive. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple game to relax.

Best in the series
LEGO Pirates is gorgeous, fun, true to the series and offers countless hours of replayability. LEGO Pirates is, by far, the BEST in the series. And I've played ALL of them.

Lego is as Lego does
There isn't a bad Lego game. Every game has its little twists and additions to gameplay but many elements are the same. The latter is not a problem at all unless you only having a passing fancy for these games. Then it might seem tedious.

Another great Lego game.
If you fell for the charm of previous Lego titles and want more you won't be disappointed with Lego Pirates of the Caribbean. The game uses the licence extremely well, with recognisable locations and characters; right down to Captain Jack's odd strut.
As usual there are plenty of collectables and hidden locations that are only accessible on a repeat play through.
The 3D affect on 3DS is very nice like Star Wars 3 before it. It never distracts, didn't cause me any discomfort and I missed it when it was gone. Travellers Tales haven't got Nintendo's ability to get the most out if it; though that is often the case with Nintendo hardware.
My only complaint is with the duels. Repetitive and easy, the player is required to bash the B button to fill a bar then follow on screen prompts (QTEs). They are never fun or interesting and extremely repetitive. They are also incredibly easy, but holding that against a Lego game is like complaining chocolate is sweet.

Lego Pirates of the Caribbean
Awesome as Lego games are, so cleverly put together. Music will have you habitually, tapping/humming away and addictively collecting studs. Excellent representation of the 4 movies and great family fun.

I love Lego games. I play them with my four year old and we have a great time with no worries about unsuitable content. If you've played any of the other lego games you'll be at home here. Heaps of hours of gameplay, recomended.
