We wish all of you a Merry Christmas full of fun, games, toys, gadgets and enough time to try all the new stuff out.

Christmas time is a very busy time for our shipping partners. For those who have not yet received their shipments, please accept our sincere apologies. Unfortunately delays occur more frequently during the Christmas season and this year, delays with Air Mail Service have been more severe than in previous years. Hong Kong Post cited the reduced airfreight capacities due to the financial crisis as a main reason.

We tried our best to clear all backorders before the holidays, but unfortunately there are always some items that just don't make it in stock in time. We did partial shipments where possible, at no additional costs, to make sure that everything that could ship was shipped. If you wish to amend or cancel pending orders, please contact us via our customer service form.

Tomorrow, December 25th, our office/warehouse will be closed to celebrate Christmas. We will resume shipping and customer service on Monday, December 28th. You are of course welcome to browse and order from our website during the holidays, all in-stock items will be shipped on Monday.

After Christmas, there is New Years! We will be closed again on Friday, January 1st 2010 and everything will go back to normal on Monday January 4th.
