The Holy Knight Gabriel's wife is one of these souls. Having been murdered by the Lords, her soul roams the land and discovered the evil intent of the lords. To rescue the world, she guides her husband to his destiny.

Being able to escape from the space ship doesn't mean you've escaped from the nightmares. The trauma comes back when Isaac wakes up from a coma.

In Front Mission, another lone engineer is pitted against a massive monster - world war.
