When Oliver's mother died, she left him in grief. One day, Shizuku, a strange fairy from the parallel world Ninokuni came to him. Shizuku saw the purity of the boy's heart and believed he could become the savior and defeat the dark wizard Jaabo. In return, the magic in Ninokuni might be able to revive his mother.
Set off with Oliver and learn the magic runes. Use them to solve the puzzles in the games. Make friends along the way, there are magical beasts called the Imagin, which you use your inner strength to materialize, there are more than 300 of them, come tame them all.
Voiced by a stellar cast of actors and actresses such as Tabe Mikako and Nagasawa Masami, background tracks composed by Joe Hisaishi and animations by Studio Ghibli, Ninokuni is an imaginative and magical adventure suitable for the whole family.
The package contains the Magic Master Book which contains all the runes in the game and a book mark which you could also use as the book's index.

A masterpiece
This is a great game for Nintendo DS users. You have also the Book of Magicians with the game. Only for japanese users or collectors.

The game comes with the book and if you can read japanese, it's detailed and interesting as. The packaging (box) was surreal and better than expected.
To those that cannot understand Japanese, there's the PS3 English version which have outstanding hd graphics and funny voicing, particularly Drippy.
Get this DS version to complete your collection, there are changes to the PS3 which you'll appreciate.
