Great sequel, nice figure.
Having played Queen's Blade Spiral Chaos before, I was in for a treat when starting up this game. There are extras for loading QBSC data, stat bonuses are not entirely dependent on level-ups, and the amount of moe fanservice is tripled by the appearance of several characters from other games/anime series. The Maron figure is pretty and the slime card case is interestingly creepy.
My only beef is that there's no vocal CD like with the first one.

Great Game, Great limited package
One of the great SLG game in psp with execellent graphics, excellent gameplay, excellent character design and execellent game system. It is not only a bishoujo game but it also provide a great game system that is much better than other pure SLG game. And the limited package with a great figma movable figure is a great plus to the collection value.

Good game... Better game if you read Japanese!
Having been a long time fan of Queens Blade/Gate/Rebellion, this was a natural purchase. As with the first installment, the game is fun and easy on the eyes. Graphically speaking I think it is a little crisper and the animation(s) are smoother. The story and plot are typical Q/B fair, a little silly and over the top on the fan service (fun I fully expected/enjoy that), and while the tone does get serious at some points, it doesn't take itself too seriously. Enjoying the game on a basic level (if you don't read or speak Japanese) is easy enough, but can be frustrating since reading text is key to completely immersing yourself in the story/characters. So if you don't mind fumbling around menus and experimenting to figure out what works and what doesn't and you have a decent amount of patience, then give this game a go. If you do speak/read Japanese, then you are in for a treat as this game is fast paced, full of ridiculously gratuitous fan service (isn't that why most people buy these kinda games?), cheeky banter (if you read Japanese), adorable characters who are rendered in outstanding 2D sprites that you never get tired of watching, and a delightful nod to multiple gaming icons like Mai Shiranui, Dizzy, Iroha, the entire cast of Q/B, and many others created specifically for this game. I would give this game 5 stars, but not having a language option for text at least is a bummer for those of us outside Japan who know the characters but don't speak the language. The extras in the package are nice, and while I do collect figures, I'm not a huge fan of 1/12 scale, as 95% of my collection is 1/8. Still it is a well done figure for those interested and I would definately recommend it over the normal version of the game..
