土生土長港男阿偉，醉心電影，九七前，赴英國修讀電影，畢業後，香港主權移交，時移世易，加上經濟一厥不振，電影市道跌至谷底，阿偉長期鬱鬱不得志，萬念俱灰之下，決定加入綜援行列，「繞」埋雙手唔駛撈，獨自蝸居一百呎套房，過其頹廢生活。這樣就過了七個年頭，二零一一年，一個不尋常的年頭……他遇上一樓一鳳姐阿媚，姻緣際會下，阿偉將阿媚帶到他的頹廢生活，阿媚十分響往，二人決定共賦同居，偉對媚產生了感情，偉為了給媚帶來更好生活，決定鋌而走險，北上走私毒品，展開一場九死一生，但又有驚無險之旅。結局卻出人意表地，阿偉落入萬劫不復境地，這結局，又偏偏和香港今日的處境，充滿異曲同工之妙，彷彿阿偉就正是回歸後的香港的投射……
