Great game!
A 3DS-remake version of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor with new contents. It's a great game with great story and awesome gameplay that I think should be a "must-buy" for 3DS gamers. However, the game will be much better if it has more features with the 3D. Game on 3DS but does not have any functions with the 3D, that's why I put a 4-star review for this game.

Great game.
As expected from a Shin Megami Tensei, the story is awesome and the game is really, really hard, but you really should only pick it if you never played the first Devil Survivor in DS.

Just Awesome
Perfect for the ones looking for a great story of survival where you will have to fight many formidable enemies in order to stay alive. The battle system is pretty common, but some features like demon auction and cathedral of the shadows makes this a good rpg strategy game. The focus of the series devil survivor I would say is the amazing story. In this game you are supposed to make your choices, which will change the ending of the game, this makes you want to play even more to see the others, just like in a visual novel. I really like this playing style and reccomend it.

a brilliant game, but little more than a port
shin megami tensei devil survivor was a spectacular game for the ds, therefore it follows that it's port/remake will naturally be so as well, which it is. However graphicswise the game is exactly the same, and the new voice acting is a mixed bag with some of it good, but other parts borderline awful, a far cry from Atlus' usual. There is additional content in the form of an additional day and thus makes this the definitive version, but if you already have the original you probably don't want to make the effort for it. If you haven't purchased the original however, this is the version to buy and people interested in a great plot with numerous endings and brilliant strategic gameplay will not be dissapointed.
