We are pleased to present another large update on the development of Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer, a shoot'em up project in development at SideQuest Studios and published by eastasiasoft.


Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer for PlayStation3™ and PC

No doubt, there has been a lot of gossip surrounding one big question: What platform will Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer be released for? After receiving more than 3700 votes through the poll held earlier at Soldner-X.com and speculations on a number of forums, eastasiasoft has finally unveiled more details.

Based on eastasiasoft's official press release published today, Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer is targeted to be released for PlayStation3™ (in Winter 07/08) and PC (Q4/2007). The PlayStation3™ version is anticipated to be a downloadable release, available only via the PS Network. More details, such as territories in which Söldner-X will be available are yet to be announced.

Latest World 2 Work in Progress Screenshots - 15 New Images Online

A small but interesting work in progress update has been made public via Soldner-X.com earlier this month. A total of 15 brand new screenshots have been revealed, reflecting an approx. 65% development stage.

World 2, Industrial Menace is an underground world that especially requires tactical skills in order to find your way through various barricades, combined with hidden mines, mashers, laser barriers and of course hundreds of foes waiting to bury you. Industrial Menace contains three stages, such as a production line where enemy fighters are assembled by the dark forces, a storage depot as well as an energy complex with pipelines, ventilator and other technical equipment.
