Overall good product
Quality is good but it does add some bulge to your analog stick so the feel is different. The L2 and R2 triggers are great.

The joysticks on the dualshock tend to get grubby (especially when you're a smoker lik me!;) And these rubber thingies ensure you have a comfortable grip @ all times.
The cups work well on the joystick, (some better than others) you get way too many so there's a lot of choice. I bought it for the triggers, but there is no real gain there. The quite good, but because they cllick on the triggers, the triggers become bigger/larger and it feels clunky. But you don't get cramped fingers as easily as you would normally.
I think it's a good bargain and recommend it to all my friends.
