Starry Skies Winter will bring you more romantic events and friendship bonding times. The heroine (your proxy) can become her own character when you enable her facial expression option. おおよそ生徒の上に立つ者と思えないメンバーの中で主人公は書記を務めている。
彼らが巻き起こすドタバタに巻き込まれ、騒がしくも楽しい日常。

会長の世代交代が近づき、彼らとともに共有する時間はあと、わずかになっていた——

星がキレイに見える田舎の、小高い丘の上に建っている全寮制の学校——星月学園。

星月学園は6つの専門分野に分かれ、星にまつわる知識を教育する事を目的としていた。

以前は男子校だったのだが、新しい視野の開拓という名目で、近年女子生徒の受け入れを始めた。
でも、田舎という立地条件と専門的過ぎるカリキュラムが災いして、今までに入学してきたのは主人公たった1人だけ。

幼馴染がいるとは言え、周りは男の子だらけ。一体どんな学園生活になるのか。
