Masaki and the pilots will take their Super Robots to fight the Evil God in the second installment of the OG Saga. Familiar characters join forces with new characters to take gamers to the most dramatic of the battlefields.
The game will push the Sony PSP's graphical capabilities to the max to display larger than life action scenes and the most accurate portrayal of the mecha.
The battle system is an improvement of the existing system, giving gamers a speedier reaction and a more exhilarating battle. This is a game that has to be played repeatedly, your every decision affects a character's fate, go through all the routes to find out the different endings of the war.

The ORIGINAL of THE ORIGINAL
Cybuster since the old days has one of my favourite mech in the srw universe, now comes the story of not just one but TWO part series of the masoukishin.

Probably the best original storyline of every SRW
Featuring a very interesting approach in a seemingly simple Good VS Evil setting, extensive branching (resulting in a somewhat less-linear narrative) and decision taking, the Masoukishin saga is probably the best of SRW OG. Character design is great and mechanical design is very well unique among the OG units, the "event card" CG illustrations are very well-drawn and give the game a Visual Novel style, which is great since in most SRWs we only have conversations that do not fully convey what's really happening. And speaking of conversations, the characters feature a vast array of expressions, and the dialogues are much less robotic than in most of the traditional SRWs (mainly since some of the dialogues from the anime shows just don't fit eachother).
The port remake of Lord of Elemental is, quite unfortunately, not much of an improvement, but voiced battles are voiced battles nonetheless, and the PSP's graphic capabilities do let the CG illustrations shine much more than in the DS version. And Revelation of Evil God takes the story of La Gias to a climatic stage that makes it shine as a semi-independant saga.

Good but not perfect!
2: Everything is good, except the simple story, which looks like a gaiden.

If you are SRW fan then you must get this
Gorgeous animation, bad ass music and some of most unique mechs ever featured in a SRW game makes this a must buy.
If you have never played Masoukishin before then getting the limited edition is great choice as it features both a PSP enhanced port of the DS game released 2 years ago(which was originally a game entitled: Super Robot Taisen Gaiden: Masou Kishin - The Lord of Elemental, originally for the Super Nintendo)and the brand new sequel in one great package, it also came with a soundtrack for those who pre ordered either version, but that is nearly impossible to get now.
Whether you get the limited edition somehow or just get the normal edition with Masoukishin 2, you won't waste a cent.
