Embark on a journey to Innocence again on your PlayStation Vita. The revival of the Nintendo DS classic is stunning, the colors are vibrant and the animations are much smoother.
The new game uses the DI LMBS battle system that reflects the gamer's style and skills directly. String combos together and fight intuitively. The touch pad allows gamers to set special skills so they can execute it with one touch.
There is a new character KyuKyu, a self proclaimed archaeologist. See how she adds to the story and what edge she offers during the battles. All scenes in the main scenarios are voiced and Kokia, the singer who performs the theme song of Tales of Innocence is back to write a new song for the game's revival.

Awesome game, if only I new enough Japanese to understand it.
I finally caved in to buy this game upon hearing there won't be a localisation happening until the Vita sells better in the West. While I've been learning Japanese on and off for about 2 years, it is definitely not enough to get by in this game. The gameplay is great and don't let what anyone says about the graphics deter you because they are not bad at all. The music is awesome too and the characters are enjoyable with fantastic voice acting. As I said, if I could understand the story and dialogue I could provide a better review but if one doesn't now Japanese, they'd be better off passing on it.

The first
I have to confess I'd rather other Tales of, although I got surprised when I finally could play this one. It's so fun to play this on PS Vita. Not to mention there are two new characters who are so adorable and cool to play with!

worth the price
For me it took forever to recieve it, i ordered on may 2 and received it may 24th. just a heads up for some. the game itself makes me wish soo much it was in english because the production value is awesome. the gameplay is smooth the graphics are just like newer tales of games and plays just like them. i strongly suggest you play the DS version in english at th same time, otherwise your not gonna know a single thing about the game. plus the main story pretty much follows the ds version even some of the actions. just wish there was an english version for this and tales of heart r.
