Welcome to this week's Games Update, our weekly summary featuring all new product arrivals from the last seven days. Game releases slow down as the summer swoon starts. However dedicated game developers are working hard on their new games, and some blockbusters are determined to fight the oppressing heat.

Sniper Elite V2 drops players right in the middle of World War II. Sit tight, wait for the perfect opportunity to take down your foes. Each time you pull the trigger and each choice you make have life altering effects. The ability to remain calm under pressure is the most important requirement.

That way you can make the perfect choice. That way you can do the perfect snipe. The bullet cam system rewards a skilful shoot with a slow motion sequence showing the full trajectory of the bullet, giving players the most visceral shooting experience.

Take your fire arms and bullets to the stars. Become an exiled gunslinger in Starhawk. Emmett Graves is called back to the planet that has abandoned him to battle a vicious outlaw. As a spin off of an up-coming movie from universal studios, Battleship not only introduces players to the world of the movie, but give them hands-on experience to the combat. Your foes are the aliens, and you have naval units and air forces as your weapons, read the maps and find the perfect strategy to beat them back.

It's never too late to get a Nintendo DS, especially one in exotic colours such as metallic rose pink and metallic silver. The existing library of games is huge, and is still getting bigger. Since it's designed before the region locks take place, it gives you access to all the fun, such as Pokemon Black 2 and White 2.

Leo is one of the constellations that shines the brightest against the summer sky. Come meet the saint under its protection. Leo Aioria is back. Figures in the Saint Cloth series are crafted with the newest technology, the armour plates fit perfectly over the body, and each package comes with the saint's icon.

Come back from the stars to meet the heroes from history. Fate Complete Materials IV comes with lots of information on the characters you are familiar with and characters you might not have met yet. Besides the illustrations of the most serious scenes, there are pictures of pure hilarious silliness waiting for you inside.
