Decent side scrolling
Unlike it's high end console counter parts, Thor for NDS is really fun to play. It's been a while since I saw exciting beat 'em up genre. The boss animation is also good. I hope SEGA made the same gameplay style for 3DS, which sadly they don't. I recommend this game for killing time while traveling.

Thor God of Thunder
I really wanted this game to be great... With the potential of another GOW. I persevered, it does have good points like the story, music and cool weapons/moves. But the graphics are not the best in 2D and the controls often lack precision when needed. For those after the Platinum, the final boss on Valhalla could be a test for controller rage. It's worth a look if you find a bargain.

Decent but not outstanding
Sort of like God of War but not done quite as well. Separate story line from the movie. Still very playable but a step down from GoW.

Thor is God of War's little brother. It is very similar to GOW in game play except it takes place within the Marvel Universe. You built up Thor and his powers as the game progresses.
The game play is also similar but in my opinion not as crisp or fluid, but it still works.
