Flower girl Uiharu Kazari is one of the most valuable characters a fighter could have for support. Although her level one powers only allow her to keep the temperature around her constant, she is very good with the computer, and if there is anything going on in the net, she's the one to ferret it out.
Sitting on her office chair with her laptop on her palm, Kojima Kakeru creates an every-day scene in the To aru Railgun anime. He crafts out the slenderness of her body shape and the youthful gentleness in her eyes and face.
All blossoms on her head band are so carefully painted and sculpted that it looks soft, layered and fluffy no matter where you look.
Fight scenes set off the quiet scenes, enjoy a moment of peace with Uiharu.
