Work as advertise, however.....
I own 3 fightstick for 3 different system, 1 Madcatz TE Round 1 for the PS3, 1 Madcatz TE S SSF4 for the Xbox360 and 1 Hori Command Stick for the PS1. As it is advertised as a Univeral game controller, this made the the product very attractive to me as I can use another system stick on my console system.

Does what it says, but not for me.
So, I ordered this, to use a LOGITECH DRIVING FORCE GT WHEEL on my Xbox 360, while the wheel is only supposed to work on a PS3 or PC.
Now, I did, and bought everything, the wired joystick in this case, and the adapter did exactly what it said it would do. I was able to use PS3 controllers on a Xbox 360 and vice versa.
However, it didn't work for my RACING WHEEL, as is (also) advertised. I was able to get some to get some input on the Xbox from the DFGT, but it was unusable(turning the wheel; shifted a gear, changed the view, and pushed the throttle at the same time)..
This probably WOULD work with the Logitech G25's and G27's, cause I heard that they're different, work differently on the inside, so this would be a WAAAAAY cheaper method to getting those to work, instead of buying the expensive XCM F1 Converter.
So in the end, it did what it said it would, kinda, works with the controllers, delivering time was good, package good, worked, but just not for the purposes that I was looking for.

Does exactly what it is designed for!
Now I can use my PS3 Wheel on my Xbox, XBOX Fightstick on my PS3; vice versa!
Believe it works with the old Xbox and PS2, however will have to double check!
