Welcome to this week's Games Update, our weekly summary featuring all new product arrivals from the last seven days. The last seven days have been extremely busy with a wide variety of games coming in from the US and Japan. There are the fantasy RPGs, fun family sports games, colorful shooters and dating simulations for both genders.

But first of all, let's talk about Arc System Works' Blazblue, the stylish fighter that arrived just this moment from the arcades.

From the publisher: In the 13th hierarchical city, Kagutsuchi, the Librarium regulates the amazing power of “Armagus”, a fusion of magic and technology.

Currently they are after a wanted criminal named Ragna The Bloodedge, also known as “Death”, who wants to destroy the Librarium.

Due to Ragna possessing a powerful form of Armagus known as the Azure Grimoire, people far and wide are after not only his bounty, but his grimoire as well. This is where our story begins…

Besides the colorful ones, there are quests that takes on a darker tone. Monster Hunter Freedom Unite and Valhalla Knights Battle Stance are both freely customizable and games that allow people to join up via the networking facilities to play together. Fight back to back and defeat the undefeatable.

Engage in some more excitement with the candy colored shooter Mamoru-kun wa Norowarete Shimatta. The game consists of cute character and classic, explosive action. Mamoru-kun is not the only one with the fire arms, the Transformer mechas have some awesome powers as well.

Fight Night 4 is a realistic boxer coupled blood, guts and sweat. The previous installment Fight Night 3 caused quite a stir when it first came out and this recent game will build on its fame and system, giving you an painfully exciting experience. Now put on your gloves and enter the ring.

Cool down and enjoy some dating simulations. Time Leap makes use of the Xbox360's graphical capabilities to bring you one of the most interactive romance games to date. By animating the characters in real time, you can feel that you are in one of the love comedy anime and that the girls are really interacting with you.
