This is an used item, it has been tested and confirmed working without any defected. Customer are advice to wear bright clothes and do the followings:

1. Clip the Zoom onto the Kinect sensor before power on your Xbox360
2. Switch on your Xbox360, and stay away from the sensor until the Kinect scanned the area
3. Open Kinect tuner from the option menu, move away from the sensor about 1.5m
4. If the sensor does not detect your feet, manually push the Kinect down until you can see your feet.
