description

Assassin’s Creed is the next-gen game developed by Ubisoft Montreal that will redefine the action genre. While other games claim to be next-gen with impressive graphics and physics, Assassin’s Creed merges technology, game design, theme, and emotions into a world where you instigate chaos and become a vulnerable, yet powerful, agent of change.

The setting is 1191 AD. The Third Crusade is tearing the Holy Land apart. You, Altair, intend to stop the hostilities by suppressing both sides of the conflict.

You are an Assassin, a warrior shrouded in secrecy and feared for your ruthlessness. Your actions can throw your immediate environment into chaos, and your existence will shape events during this pivotal moment in history.

Fun game if you like the latest prince of persia's although a little repetative
The game's fun and creative. It has an interesting story line and the different abilities and style of the game are fun. The only problem with the game is that once you've completed the first two or three cities, it feels like you're doing the same things over and over again. A well put together game all the same.

Repetitive, but oh! so fun!
As per title, it's repetitive, you do always the same things, but these things are done so well!

Nice visuals and sound, though gameplay could get repetitive
While perhaps not as accurate as in history the story line is pretty deep. The graphics is great. AI could be improved but it's livable. Great controls for the PC version and I played with the standard keyboard and mouse.

Gameplay can get repetitive cause your task will be similar in nature, you assassinate someone and you have to escape afterwards.

But that can be overlooked by it's visuals, sounds, and even the story.

And with this price tag, there is not much to compromise.
