黃飛紅（李連杰飾）是一名將要退休的員警，曾經勇猛的他為了能順利退休，想盡辦法遠離是非和麻煩。偏偏事與願違，上司Angela（陳妍希飾）將冒失衝動的王不二（文章飾）分配給黃飛紅做搭檔。第一次搭檔，在非法交易現場埋伏，陰差陽錯放過了嫌疑人，和突然出現的逃犯陳虎（鄒兆龍飾）大打出手，破壞了原本行動計畫，被上級狠狠訓斥一番。接著，三人接手了棘手的「微笑離奇殺人事件」，所有死者臉上都帶有詭異的神秘微笑。查案過程中黃飛紅和王不二遭遇各種險情：潛入死者家搜集證據時和保險調查員（吳京飾）大打出手；懷疑演員劉金水（劉詩詩飾）是情殺兇手，在電影拍攝現場抓獲正在拍攝動作戲扮演殺手的劉金水，又懷疑性感的保險銷售戴依依（柳岩飾）為了巨額保險謀殺受害者。而劉金水和戴依依最終都有不在場證據，兇手卻另有其人......

Not as bad as critics say
This movie is not as bad as what many critics say. It has good actors and actresses and have action and humour in the movie. Worth a watch.
