Burnout Legends

I\'m not really much of a racing game fan but this game is great fun. Lots of crashing, smashing, and assorted mayhem to relieve the boredom of going round and round in circles, its a good game to pick up and play in short spurts.

I\'m one for getting the Burnout games on release. I waited for this one though because I wasn\'t too bothered while playing the last two Burnout games on my Xbox.

This is a great game though. The crash mode looks a bit cack due to the cars looking like toys and turning and twisting poorly when hit. It makes the crashes too easy as well for my liking. The races though, and multiplay for the PSP, you can\'t go wrong.

This is a collection of the some of the best known tracks from the first three Burnout games. For Burnout veterans, the playability leans most heavily to the third game.

However, there are some glitches that do occur during play (e.g. falling through scenery, oddities in restarting after crashing in a race) - though to be fair these have occur very rarely.

Even though there are lots of tracks, the difficulty seems to have been pitched down a notch from the PS2 games, so if you have owned some or all of the previous Burnouts before, you will find no problems progressing.

This is a good racer, though I feel it could have been made a bit more challenging.

Knocking it down a star because unfortunately it has been let down by a few technical flaws.
