A plaster re-skin of the first of Figma's new "The Table Museum" line-up - where famous sculptures and artworks come alive in articulated form, Auguste Rodin's 'The Thinker' aka Le Penseur takes center stage continuing his pondering!
Originally the centerpiece for a sculptural work called 'The Gates of Hell' which was based on Datne's The Divine Comedy, this bronze sculpture is one of the most recognizable sculptures in the world.
Like any figma, a flexible plastic is used for where the joints connect, so that proportions retain authenticity; the Thinker can be posed in any form you like, whether it be the silent, ponderous pose seen in real life, or a multitude of hilarious or strange poses too! As well, The Thinker also comes with a selection of head and hand parts and is also anatomically correct. Plus, there are two stands - one articulated and one is the 'stone' base!
