- A brand new Fire Emblem experience is on its way for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. For the first time ever, your customized avatar is the main hero. An army of knights, mages, archers and more are at your command in the most tactical battles in series history. Each unit and weapon has strengths and weaknesses you must consider for every foe you face. Partner allies on the battlefield so they can support each other in combat. Building relationships is key—the closer your allies become, the better they'll fight together. Their future is at your command, but first you must make the most important decision in the history of Fire Emblem.
- Epic storyline centered on your avatar, forced to choose between bloodline and family who raised you
- New "My Castle" area to interact with your allies and build stronger relationships
- Tap in corresponding Fire Emblem amiibo figures and Marth, Ike, Lucina, and Robin will appear in your game, ready for you to battle and recruit
Choose your path and determine your fated future.
Born into one royal family, raised by another. With the two kingdoms at war, which side will you choose? Will you join the side of Hoshido, the people you were born to or stand in the side of Nohr, the family who raised you. When two diverging paths will shape the kingdom's fate and every decision comes with dire consequences, where does your loyalty lie, in blood or in bond?
Fire Emblem Fates comes in two separate chapters: Birthright and Conquest where both chapters offer an insight into an opus of the story. Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright offers a classic and less punishing Fire Emblem experience for newcomers while Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest offers a more challenging path that will test the player’s skills and even challenges series’ veterans in a more complex experience. Each chapter offers a different path to play, posing to players an unprecedented choice: fight an opposing force or join the other side and try to change the misguided kingdom from within.
For the first time in the series, players take on the role of the main hero and command an army of knights, mages, archers, and more in the most tactical battles in series’ history yet. Master the strengths and weaknesses of each unit and weapon, partner up with allies, and build relationships to lead your army to victory. The future is in your hands, choose a path and make the most critical decision in the history of Fire Emblem.

La historia y la música son buenas. Si te gustan los RPG pasaras grandes horas de diversión.
Mechanically there's nothing wrong with this game, but the story is painfully flat and the game's attempts to sell you it's 2 other paths makes it feel like a used car salesman has started dressing in Fire Emblem's clothing. Wait for a discount if like me you're a fire Emblem maniac.
immensely enjoyed fire emblem awakening so i had to buy this one. keeps the original elements intact with enough new twists to keep you hooked. will definitely get conquest and revelations next.
If you liked Fire Emblem: Awakenings, you'll most likely like this game. I feel that the story is a bit weaker, but the gameplay is better and combat is much improved. As a Fire Emblem fan or a strategy rpg fan in general, you can't go wrong with this game.
Dividing story arc actually seems to be a bad idea but at least Nintendo of Europe is willing to make up this mistake. Though pricey, it does deliver well for a cartridge version, even Japan doesn't have 2 in 1 (since Revelation came out later). Plus with the poster, steelbook and artbook, the value seems to be justified for a collector edition. No wonder it sells well
