Jockey's Road is being developed by veteran horse-racing game developer Progress, and it will bring a new role-playing element into the genre. As in previous horse-racing games, players assume the role of a jockey and race on a variety of tracks. In the game, more than 300 horses, which are randomly generated in polygon form using data inputted by the user, will be featured in the game.調教師や馬主の厳しい指導、ライバルとの戦い、名馬との別れ、ほのかな恋、運命の馬との巡り会いなど、様々な人間模様が織り成す騎手の物語を体験できる本格ジョッキーRPG。プレイヤーは主人公である新人ジョッキーとなって数々のレースを勝ち抜き、一流のジョッキーとして成功することを目指します。ストーリーは、従来の競馬ゲームでほとんど表現されなかったトレセン(トレーニングセンター)内を中心に展開し、そこに生きる登場人物たちとの交流や、競馬界での実生活をも再現してドラマチックに展開していきます。
