You play as a Guy sent in a remote island region to overthrow the regime/goverment
The island is massive, and by massive i mean enormous, and entirely free roaming and available to you whatever choices you elect to make
Pick and choose your missions at your leasure
Don\'t like that car thats near you? blow it up with your gun, Want the police after you ingame? attack some people, and have an epic chase
Be warned the police are overly sensitive
This is a game that is well huge and well worth looking at, something you can get lost in and fall in love with at the same time
