Axel
I bought the same figure and at first i had no problem removing his fists .Then when i put the hands that hold his weapons I decided to try and switch back.the result was that one of the hands brokeoff and i had to use super glue to glue it back on.

Axel
This is a wonderful figure with alot of great detail. The only problem is the removable hands feature. You can have Axel with fists or holding his weapons, but it is almost impossible to get the fists off. I wanted Axel to be holding his two weapons, naturally, so I tried to get the fists off. The first one came off with no problem, but the second one was so hard that it broke, leaving the ball inside of his wrist. It was very hard to get that ball out, I had to use a screw it pull it out. I\'ll never use the fists so it doesn\'t bother me, but be VERY carefull when removing them if you plan on changing him from time to time.
