Great Japanese platformer
Why this game never made it to the TurboGrafx-16 is a mystery -- it's a great little platformer for the PC Engine that must have fallen prey to NEC's assumption that Japanese games wouldn't sell in the West. The action is challenging, the graphics are colorful and humorous, and it's a solid game all around. Well worth importing, and Japanese knowledge is not essential, though you might want to look up the story of Peach Boy for classical background.
