Very Good (Specially for Fans)
This game is very interesting, specially to Evangelion fans. It has lots of character interaction, battles against Angels, lots of voice acting (nearly everything that is said is "spoken" with voice), many characters to play as (not just the pilots) and multiple endings for each character's scenario.
One "problem" is that it may be difficult to play if you don't know to read Japanese, because all interactions (to characters, objects, places and even enemies) are menu based, with the options changing order (or even not appearing) based on the "mood" of the characters interacting, among other conditions. If you don't know Japanese but like Evangelion, you may also like the game even if you don't understand all of it, however it will require much more patience to play.

Evangelion at it's finest
Being an Evangelion fan for many years I have a pretty high standard for anything that claims to be about Evangelion. After seeing this and reading about it I thought that it might be worth getting. When it arrived I started it up and realized it was better than I could have imagined. The storyline is uniquely played out for each and every character and the sheer number of scenarios is astounding. Everyone get's some screen time as the main character of their own story section. The world-sim is one of the best genres I've played and this perfects it. The attention to detail and the accuracy to canon is wonderful while at the same time expanding on it in truly amazing ways. Every Evangelion fan should get this no matter what. My only wish is that they release it in the USA as well (with Japanse voice option). No other game captures the feeling of Evangelion and the world after 2nd Impact better. A must buy for all.
