Tony Tony Chopper plush
Very good plush toy with good fabrics and detailed work. It's soft everywhere, even the horns are soft. Talking about horns, they are sewed near the back on the helmet, which prevents them from fluttering around.
Arms and legs can be moved freely around, although they can't be angled and hold that position.

It is a well done plush toy, very soft and detailed. Arms and legs can be moved around, although they can't be angled in a certain direction. The horns are sewed near the backside of the helmet, and that is genial as otherwise would the horns flutter around.
