Play-Asia.com 合作伙伴计划- 条款 & 条件
这个协定包含条款 & 条件，适用于每个加入 Play-Asia.com 合作伙伴计划的个人和实体。作为这个协定的使用， "我们", 或者"我们的" 意思指 Play-Asia.com 或者任何我们合作伙伴公司， 作为相同， "您" 意思指申请者。 万一违背了这个协定， Play-Asia.com 有权利中止合作伙伴的注册并且冻结合作伙伴的酬金和拒绝撤消在任何时候。
登记进入Play-Asia.com 合作伙伴计划
每个有契约能力的个人或实体都允许登记加入 Play-Asia.com 合作伙伴计划，接受和粘附这个协定。
1. 广告限制
Play-Asia.com 不接受一些不适合 Play-Asia.com 合作伙伴计划的网站加入，由于法律和民族的原因。拒绝的网站可能由于一下原因：
- 含有色情内容
- 宣扬暴力， 含有危害青少年的材料，诽谤或者歧视他人由于他们的宗教，种族，障碍或其他原因
- 包含种族主义或男性至上主义的内容
- 侵害他人财产
- 包含各种 Play-Asia.com 标记和任何 Play-Asia.com 商标
- 违反国家或国际法律
也不允许发送大批电邮 (spam) 包含链接到 Play-Asia.com 没有接受的预先同意。
2. 订购处理
所有通过您的个人合作伙伴链接而下的订单会右 Play-Asia.com 或一个和约公司来处理。 Play-Asia.com 有权在处理过程中拒绝或取消任何订单。 只有订单被彻底地处理 (被分派) 会作为销售罗列在您的合作伙伴历史中。万一有欺诈行为 (例如信用卡退款),，我们有权撤消已给地合作伙伴佣金。您会通过电邮收到合作伙伴报告，概述您的销售情况。报告地形式，内容，发送频率会根据我们地判断随时变化。
3. 推举的佣金
Play-Asia.com 将根据成功的完成销售支付给您推举的佣金，按照我们的
合作伙伴等级。所有的佣金等级只作为参考并且会在没有事先通知的情况下随时更改。 等级图表和现实的合作伙伴酬劳会偶尔存在差异。请参考每个单独的产品网页获得最新的合作伙伴酬劳价格。 (您必须用一个注册的合作伙伴帐户登录后才可以进入获得这个信息。)
合作伙伴佣金只会被支付在所有货品价值 (不包含运送费用)。在批发折扣所形成的贸易订单 (商到商) 将不会被支付佣金。
您可能没有通过您的个人合作伙伴链接来购买货品，为您自身使用，转卖或者其他商业用途等等。 这包括客户的订购或者依附于客户的订购，或者是您或您的朋友的订购，相关的，或者是合作的任何一种形式。 这些购买可能导致 (以我们单独的判断力) 扣交推荐费以及/或者中止这个协定。
4. 委托取消
Play-Asia.com 提供一些合作伙伴取消选项在我们的
等级 & 取消选项 指导。 根据取消选项，需要一小部分费用。
5. 依顺法律
通过分享Play-Asia.com 合作伙伴计划，你同意您是一个参与者，您会遵从所有法律，条例，章程，规章，秩序，许可，通行证，判断，决定或者其他政府规定的要求来限制您，是否这些法律条款或其他现在产生或者将来产生效果，在您参与计划的时候。
6. 协议的条款
The term of this Agreement will commence upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either party of this Agreement is allowed to terminate it at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Sales commissions will no longer be paid upon termination of the Agreement.
7. Modification
We may modify this agreement as well as our
Rates & Withdrawal Options guidelines at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting an updated agreement at the www.play-asia.com website. You have to terminate your affiliate status with us if any modification has been found unacceptable for you.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total referral commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
