Tracking your Parcel

Once your order has been shipped out, a shipping confirmation with detailed parcel tracking details will be sent to you by e-mail. You can always find your tracking details in your "My Account" link.

While shipments sent by Airmail cannot be tracked online, EMS and courier shipments do offer online tracking facilities.

EMS Shipments:

No global tracking possibility for EMS shipments is available, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com as long as the shipment is still in Hong Kong and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached. Here are some examples of how to track EMS Speedpost shipments in some countries:
