Great exercise program
Great exercise program. I like to take the DS outside to practice the exercise videos on this program.
My favorites are: The axe walk, range walk, fly walk and mebius exercise.
I like to use custom exercises for a specific part of the body. Mebius is in the mind group, i practice it more now that it makes feel alot better from my head. It also loosens my chest, shoulders.
I feel so much better thanks to this.
