Better stuff out there
I would recommend the Mayflash Super Joybox 9, 10 or 11 over this. they support 1, 2 or 4 controllers and have drivers for win xp/vista/7/8 32/64 bit instead of just XP. They have been around for years (I have had my joybox 11 for several years and it is still going), and the drivers keep getting updated. Plus, since they use a standard controller port hookup instead of a dongle hookup, you can use them with devices that don't have a dongle like dance pads. If you still want the device on this page, and have windows vista/7/8, the mayflash driver will work with this device. just google mayflash and go to support>downloads and get the joybox 9/10/11 driver. You could try the XBCD driver, has more features, but you have to put windows in test mode if you have 64 bit. The device on this page is ridiculously simple and can be made with a pair of wire cutters and some electrical tape.

X-Joy Converter
My children lost the connector for the dance revolution game to connect to the x-box. This connector fit beautifully. The price was great and it arrived quickly!!

No problem
Only a simple cable in a big cardboard box, but it works. With the right drivers that you have to find by yourself, you have all the analog sticks, analog triggers and the two rumbles. For those who have already some XBOX controllers it's a cheap cable to have a decent controller on their PC.
