Puyo Puyo Fever has been ported from the Arcade and is expected to be one of the last Dreamcast titles developed by Sega.
Up to 2 player can battle simultaneously. Puyo Puyo Fever features a new Fever Mode, in which there is a fever gauge, when the gauge is filled up, you can counterattack the opponent furiously. The game has 3D graphics combined with a 2D gameplay.

The best Puyo Puyo game so far
The game features Compile\'s classic gameplay. This time SEGA (Sonic Team) added the exciting \"fever\" feature and some crazy manga characters. The game is a keeper. The motivation lasts for a long time especially when you have friends to compete with.
