Quality is so so but ok with the price
It works well but sensor is not perfect enough. You need to point to sensor almost exactly to make it work well. Note, I already adjusted sensor bar sensivitiy. By the way, compared with the price, it worth to buy.

completely wireless
The solution for your always-tangled-official-nintendo-sensor-bar. It's very handy and completely wireless. The problem is that it sucked up your usual battery. So better with a rechargeable battery. Note: you also have to set again the sensibility option, because the setting was different from the official Nintendo sensor bar.

A convenient accessory for your Wii
Great product! I was able to use it during my presentation in Linux through cwiid. Sensitivity needs a little tweaking though.

You'll need a small Phillips screw driver to open the battery compartment and DON'T forget to switch off when you're done using it.

Works perfectly, but not out of the box..
This item works perfectly.. But only if you know how to tweak it..

Firstly, when I got the sensor bar and started testing it.. My wii remote pointer is erratic and I can't play with it..

Thus, the thing you need to do is to adjust the sensor bar's sensitivity in the wii settings.. And it will be working perfectly!

Need a small trick to be perfect
When I received it, I was very disapointed : my cursor was erratic, impossible to be accurate.
When I looked at the light sensibility on the Wii options, I noticed that I had 4 points instead of 2 with the official bar : there was a problem...
Here's the workaround :
on the bar, you'll notice 4 LED. Hide the first and the fourth LED with a piece of paper thick enough to block the infrared.
Doing so, you'll get a perfectly working sensor bar, at a very low price !
