Got one and I think I'll be getting more, I've been using rechargeable which are fine but mine are getting old with low battery life. The only chargers here are them annoying dock ones at least with these you can use them while charging them. Cables never bothered me.

I bought a couple of these because I have my Wii remotes on protective sleeves and it's a pain to keep taking them out just to replace the batteries.

The pack fits the wii remote exactly. But the drawbacks: the battery life lasts no longer than 30 minutes tops even after newly charged.

I opened it and inside were 2 rechargeable AAAs, a resistor, a diode, and a LED. That's it. Doesn't even come close to 168 hours standby.

It may be a fluke but I doubt it since both packs act the same.

i like these things, i got 4 of them. they're alot better than assing around with rechargable batteries and the docking stations i've tried have been heaps dodgy. i haven't gotten 24 hours of play out of a charge like it suggests but charge it for an hour or so and you'll get a whole night of gaming out of it.

I have always wondered if I should get a Power Station for my Wii controllers but I decided against it as my RECHARGABLE BATTERIES (some people don't even know what these are...) did the job fine. I then spotted this last week and I though 'meh, lets give it a go' and bought one. Brilliant! Charges in a good amount of time and the batteries last for ages. And for the price it was, you can't complain!
